DESCRIPTION

 

Daxner developed a process technology for the pneumatic transfer of highly cohesive fine particles for a worldwide operating pet food manufacturer.

 

The device and the process technology was designed for the pneumatic transfer of highly cohesive fine particles using the example of titanium oxid Ti 02. 

 

The solution is characterized by the fact, that a flexible conveying line was installed on a jacketed pipe for the first time and simultaneously a clock pulse system was integrated for the activation of the product flow in the conveying line.

 

This system enables the continuous transfer of highly cohesive fine particles for low pressure operation (pressure differential up to 80kPa)
