Functional description and benefits
This device is an easy and cost-effective discharge aid for a residue free bin discharge. It is highly suitable for the discharge of powders or granular materials from hoppers, small silos or containers.
A rotating paddle, powered by a built-in gear motor, continuously pushes the material to the discharge opening. This allows for an easy discharge, even for materials with very poor flow characteristics. The particular discharge performance depends on the application and material properties.
Various optional designs include a pneumatically activated segmented valve, intermediate bottom plates, additional dischargers etc.
