Functional description and benefits

Depending on the flow characteristics of the material at hand, systems such as vibro frames, tilting mechanisms, and discharge cones are implemented for a reliable container discharge.

Vibro frame

The container is positioned on the vibro-frame. Centering corners and a flexible docking-spout provide fast and easy container positioning. An eccentric motor generates an imbalanced vibration due to its offset cam. A flexible connector enables the dampening, allowing the vibration to be contained and directed into the product.

A hydraulic cylinder tilts the container hence provides a very gentle container discharge.

The discharge cone provides a continuous mass flow rate when discharging and prevents segregation of bulk material.
