Change of perspective, detail views, displaying and hiding of building parts and machines or the placement of cross sections – the dynamics, transparency and flexibility of 3D CAD plant planning provides us with a whole range of new advantages. These advantages have convinced us that it would be wise to invest in this new technology, which we are doing in 2003 when we make the highly involving changeover from 2D to 3D CAD systems as a pioneer in our industry. Each complex task is worked on by a dedicated project team, which coordinates the planning synchronously from different 3D CAD workstations.
