Our acquisition of AT Hefele Produktentwicklung GmbH marks the foundation of our competence center for bakery technology – Daxner International GmbH – in Lauda-Königshofen in Germany.
When acquiring this corporation, which is well-known in the bakery industry, Daxner managed to combine the know-how of the handling of powders and granulates with the competence in the field of pre-dough and sourdough systems as well as liquid components. “Competence all the way to the kneader” is the maxim of our new subsidiary, which was founded on November 1st, 2008 with 60 staff. With our new German site, Daxner was able to extend its global market presence.
