Bag intake and control screening machine Vib & Press – new generation even more efficient
The Vib & Press bag intake and control screening machine from Daxner is the most efficient solution when it comes to control screening sensitive and difficult products as well as their product intake. Now Daxner is launching an optimized version that scores with higher throughput and improved cleanability.
More throughput for increased efficiency
The new Vib & Press has an enlarged intake opening and a larger screening area of 850 mm diameter for higher throughput. In addition, the Vib & Press is now equipped with a vibration spring system, which also has a positive effect on efficiency. Two vibro motors on the screen optimize the performance.
Removable cone and focus on Hygienic design
The operator can remove the cone of the new version of the Vib & Press conveniently in just a few steps. This makes cleaning easier and contributes to the concept of Hygienic Design. As with the predecessor model, the entire top of the new Vib & Press can be removed by a simple tilting mechanism for fast and easy cleaning. The round design prevents material residues in corners and edges.
Optional ultrasonic technology for enhanced results
Daxner once again demonstrates its strength as a provider of flexible solutions for the bulk solids industry. The new version of the Vib & Press can optionally be supplied with ultrasonic technology.
The new Vib & Press achieves high throughput rates thanks to its 850 mm screening area.
