The bag filling and weighing unit is used for filling open bags ranging from 10kg to 30kg. Modular design allows customized specifications, flexible bag weights and optimized performance.
The extensible dosing screw conveyor in easy clean design enables a simple cleaning without significant downtime.
High weighing accuracy is achieved by the flow-stop end flap and a high-end weighing controls system.
Our filling units are “plug & play”, including configurable or predetermined parameters with our precision weight controller. Option for easy clean design. Our lifting supports for forklift trucks enable the positioning of the bag filling unit within the production facility.
