Functional description and benefits
The bag filling and weighing unit is used for the filling of open mouthed bags ranging from approximately 10kg to 30kg. It is a modular design with options to optimize performance to meet your needs.
The retractable dosing screw enables a simple cleaning without significant downtime.
The weighing accuracy is achieved with a combination of screw size, the use of our flow-stop and our electronic weighing system.
Our filling units are “plug & play”, including configurable or predetermined parameters with our precision weight controller. Option for easy clean design. Our lifting supports for forklift trucks enable the positioning of the bag filling unit within the production facility.
