Functional description and benefits
Material enters the weighing bin through the inlets. The predosing unit prior to the weighing bin measures the material according to the required recipe.
The coarse & fine dosing control provides a high accuracy of the components to be dosed. After the exact component batch is dosed, the weighing bin is emptied and the next batch can start.
The implementation of polymer liners allows the discharge of materials with poor flow characteristics and prevents caking. Massagers provide a reliable material discharge.
